Artwork & Submission Process

ARTWORK

All artwork can be submitted via email to Orders@alldaypromoinc.com

Please enclose a hard copy printout in black and white with your Order to ensure the correct artwork has been received.

Use of Trademarks

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.

Templates

We provide art templates and references for puzzle cubes and select other items. Please request the template and build your art to the templates before submitting.

ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES, CURVES OR PATHS (VECTOR). IF SUPPLYING IMAGE FILES, FONTS NEED TO BE RASTERIZED.

Full Color Artwork

  • 4-Color Process: Colors must be CMYK. Not all RGB can be rendered in CMYK properly. You can include specific Pantone colors.
  • Spot Colors: All colors must be a valid Pantone+ solid coated name.
  • Gradients: These may need to be converted to strictly CMYK for the gradient to be smooth.

Set Up Charges

Set-up charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) within 6 months, you will not be charged a full set-up charge again.

Submission

All artwork can be submitted via email to Orders@alldaypromoinc.com Please enclose a hard copy printout in black and white with your Order to ensure the correct artwork has been received.
